Yamaha’s new bike FZ-X launched today at CMPL Automobiles by Narinderjit Singh Director, CMPL in the presence of company officials, prospective customers and staff of various banks & NBFCs.
On the occasion Sh Narinderjit Singh said that the All New Yamaha FZ-X comes to India as a crossover motorcycle that is inspired by Neo-Retro design thinking. With future proof features that enhance every ride and the Yamaha FZ-X will inspire a whole new generation of motorcyclists. Together, the toughness, the design, comfort, connectivity and safety of this new motorcycle will make every ride feel like a burst of freedom.
The FZ-X comes with an air-cooled 4-stroke 149cc SOHC, 2-valve, single-cylinder fuel-injected “BLUE CORE” engine that is in a league of its own. The Bosch single-channel ABS and Front disc-brake with 2-pot Caliper ensure pinpoint breaking with superior stability. The seat on the FZ-X uses a tuck and roll design that crests and valleys creating a slip-resistant feel that is both comfortable and steady.
FZ-X gets LED projector headlamp with circular split LED daytime running light, pillion grab rail. The length of the Yamaha FZ-X is 2020 mm, width is 785 mm and height is 1115 mm. Its ground clearance is 165 mm. At the same time, its wheelbase is 1,330 mm, whereas, its seat height is 810 mm.
The FZ-X comes in three colour options – Matt Copper, Black and Metallic Blue. Bookings have been already opened with dealerships.
He further told that the FZ-X is specifically designed for the Indian market. A lot of excitement has been seen among prospective buyers during pre launch and company is expecting good sales in coming months.
